Local museums range from those dedicated to war, such as Forte Strino and the White War Museum, to those that enhance life in the past, such as the Solandra Civilization Museum, to learning museums, such as the MMape – Mulino Museo dell'Ape.
The valley is also rich in evocative castles, including Castel Caldes and the Castle of San Michele, symbols of Trentino's historical heritage.

In the surrounding area, as in Val di Non and Trento, there are other places of great charm, such as the Rhaetian Museum, Castel Thun, the MUSE and the Buonconsiglio Castle.
